Effective date: August 25, 2026 — designated agent registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (DMCA-1079256); notices go to the agent address below.
We respect intellectual property rights, and we respect the first-sale doctrine, which protects collectors reselling authentic items they own. This process exists to remove infringing listings (counterfeits, unauthorized copies) while protecting legitimate resale of genuine products.
Rights holders (or authorized agents) may send a notice including:
Send notices to the designated agent email above with "DMCA Notice" in the subject (counter-notices: same address, "DMCA Counter-Notice"). You can also file through our support form — it reaches the same team with the notice type pre-selected. Registered users can flag infringing listings via the in-app report button choosing "Copyright / IP infringement."
We review notices promptly, remove or disable clearly infringing listings, forward valid notices to the affected seller, and record a policy strike. Repeat infringers lose their accounts. We preserve takedown records as documentation.
If your listing was removed and you believe it's protected first-sale resale of an authentic item, you may send a counter-notice identifying the removed listing and your contact information, with a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification. We review counter-notices within our standard processing window and may restore listings where appropriate.
